Coast Appearances: Cosmetic Injectables
Posted on July 05 2017
I would like to introduce myself to you all and can’t wait to start working with Claire and her team at The Little Beautique.
My name is Laura Craddock and I am a Registered Nurse of 10 years. I have spent my career in the surgical specialty, where I am the Charge Nurse of a busy operating theatre at one of NZ’s largest private hospitals. I have always had an interest in appearance medicine and the process of aging that all of us go through. I have recently broadened my scope of practice into cosmetic injecting and have been trained in the use of Botulinum A toxin injections and Dermal Fillers for cosmetic and anti-aging treatments.
The treatment with Botulinum Toxin aims to produce relaxation in the targeted facial muscles in order to smooth lines of the skin. Onset of relaxation within 4 to 14 days with the average time being seven days. The effect lasts approximately 3-6 months, but will elongate with subsequent injections
Minute doses of this Toxin are injected directly into the muscles which cause facial lines by frequent habitual contraction. The common areas injected are the glabellar frown lines between the eyebrows, lines that run horizontally across the forehead and Crow's feet from the corners of the eyes. As time has gone on it has been realised that many of the facial muscles respond well to botulinum giving a rejuvenated appearance.
I offer anti-wrinkle treatments where I will provide a tailor made treatment plan for clients who want to prevent the outward signs of ageing and retain a youthful smooth appearance.
I will be working out of the Little Beautique two Mondays a month and am taking bookings now. To make an appointment you can message on 0211580105 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Pop in and grab my business card off Claire when you are in next.
I look forward to meeting you all!
